What is your return policy? What are my options if I am not totally satisfied with your products?


We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 30 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll make things right. We offer two options: you can return your order for a full refund, or you can receive adjusted formulas free of charge.
1. You’ll need to provide your order number, your email address and the reason for your return request. There’s no need to contact us separately; we'll email you a prepaid return label, and we'll be back in touch when your refund has been issued.
2. To receive adjusted formulas, email us using our contact form. Please provide your order number and feedback about your products. Our team will provide full instructions for completing the returns. Please note that we offer formula adjustments as a one-time exchange, and we cannot offer multiple exchanges on the same order.




How long will it take to receive my orders?


Our current delivery timeline is 10-15 days, which is reflected during checkout and in your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your custom products are on the way. All orders ship via USPS Priority, and are typically delivered 2-3 days (M-F) after shipment.




I received my tracking number, but there aren't any updates - is it still on the way?


Rest assured your products are en route; tracking updates can be slightly delayed due to high volumes, but you should see updates within a few days (M-F).




Can I cancel my order?


We’re always happy to try to catch your order before our team begins processing it. We’re only able to cancel entire orders within 24 hours of purchase.

To request an order cancellation, please go to the orders section. You’ll need to provide your order number, your email address and the reason for your order cancellation request. There’s no need to contact us separately; we'll be back in touch when your order has been canceled and refunded, or if we’re unable to process your request for any reason. But if you've already emailed us, please do not fill out this form; we'll reply directly to your email as soon as we can.
