Returning a product to TLP is hassle-free, and we're here to assist you in making it a smooth process. If you've made an online purchase and wish to initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Wait for Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide you with return authorization if your request meets our return policy criteria.
Secure Packaging: Ensure that the product you're returning is in its original packaging and in unused.
Package and Ship: Safely pack the product you're returning, and securely seal the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Send to Our Address: Ship the package to our return address, which will be provided in your return authorization email.
Await Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll process it promptly. You will be notified via email when the return is complete.
Returns have a handling fee of $6.95 and up per order- depending on where the package was shipped. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, you will be refunded to your original form of payment
