Bananas are the best main ingredient for smoothies because of their natural sugar content. Generally available all over the world, this fruit has a lot of nutritional value. It contains vitamin B6, Fiber, Potassium, Magnesium, vitamin C, and Manganese. All these nutrients collectively promote many health benefits, including shiny and silky hair.

Especially the high content of potassium is very significant for hair growth, strength and also reduces breakage. Magnesium helps prevent calcium buildup on your scalp. Calcium deposits cause dry and flaky skin, resulting in hair loss. Magnesium directs the calcium to your bones where it is needed, rather than covering the surface of your scalp.
