At TLP, we value customer satisfaction and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our hair care products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the designated time frame as described below:


30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return for Store Credit or Exchange

From up to 30 days from the date of purchase, you may initiate a return for store credit or an exchange.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, please return the product, new or unused, in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is missing, it should be reported through the carrier as soon as possible. You can report your issue by sending us an email at Please retain the original shipping box, packing materials, and the item for inspection. We may request you to send a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation

Handling Fee

Returns have a handling fee of $6.95 per order. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Refund Processing Time

Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method, less the original shipping fees which are non-refundable. We will issue store credit if your original payment method is not available. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed.

Ineligible Items

Gifts with purchase and like promotional items are ineligible for refund.

Salon Orders

Please note that orders placed in salons are not eligible for return.
